在中国大陆的股票交易市场，交易价格的形成有两种方式：
1、集合竞价
2、连续竞价
集合竞价的方式，使得股票能够得出当日开盘价格和当日收盘价格。在本篇文章发布时，上海证券交易所只对当日开盘做集合竞价（上海证券交易所决定自2018年8月20日起，当日收盘也开始实施集合竞价）；深圳证券交易所对当日开盘和当日收盘均做集合竞价。
开盘集合竞价的时间：9:15-9:25
收盘集合竞价的时间：14:57-15:00
